LinkedInLocal #Edinburgh: Still photos from 30th April 2018

Still photos from the third LinkedIn Local Edinburgh Event.

Around 120 people gathered together for the third LinkedIn Local Edinburgh event at Napier University's Craiglockhart Campus. This was a stimulating, enjoyable and educational event, with two excellent speakers.

An introduction was given by Dean Dr Sally Smith of Napier University, and were were joined by the Lord Provost of Edinburgh Frank Ross for the evening.

Speakers Bill Buchanan and Richard Demarco provided insight in two thirty minute presentations, answering a number of audience questions afterwards.

The topic under discussion was Building a World-leading City in Arts & Science which provided for lively discussion, and the presentation of a number of radical ideas to improve the city both from an artistic persepctive and for future development based on digital innovation.

All photographs are taken by David Ho and Sandie Knudsen of Professional Headshots Scotland, who once again generously provided their professional services to LinkedInLocal Edinburgh free of charge.

  • LinkedIn Local Edinburgh is designed to react to local demand, rather than impose pre-formulated formats or types of events, and is continuously requesting feedback and input from local LinkedIn members.
